I’m an independent PMO, project, and programme management consultant. I help organisations establish the structures, decisions, and working relationships that complex delivery depends on.

My background combines electrical engineering, management, and sustainability leadership. It has taken me from robotics and energy systems to multinational operations and SAP transformation.

That breadth shapes how I work: understand the technical reality, listen to the people delivering, and connect both with the business objective. I’m comfortable building the plan, examining the data, coordinating the workstreams, and preparing the decision.

Through Lumaras Global, I support multinational clients on independent consulting assignments. My current assignment is PMO Planning Consultant in a global FMCG / beverages SAP S/4HANA EWM transformation, where I own the integrated workstream plan, run the gate and checkpoint process and chair the planning forum with the workstream leads. Earlier assignments include establishing PMOs with teams across two engagements at Umicore. I contribute practical planning, data analysis, dashboards and reporting that help teams coordinate delivery and leadership make timely decisions, while keeping administrative friction low.
